A dataset to get you going
Download the the zip file, unzip, and use.

One file in the set is a text file in PPML format that will start Pplates and provide the basics for  an elementary tectonic reconstruction. 

Two other files in the set allow upload of an image derived using GeoMapApp. The XML file shows the format that is required. Use the File menu option to upload the image file. You can examine it using the MeshMaker panel in the 2D window, and use it as the map on which to create a mesh object.
